1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mb8 million ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mb8 million.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mb8 million platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms along with all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Member Eligibility

• Users from expressly excluded regions are not permitted to create an account or use this platform.

2.3 Single Account Limit

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mb8 million.
• Registering multiple accounts with the intent to claim bonuses or evade restrictions is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Sharing your account with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mb8 million applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and to meet regulatory requirements.

3.1 Registration Information

• Full name as shown on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active and reachable mobile phone number.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• Bank account number or digital wallet details for financial transaction purposes.

3.2 Identity Verification

Mb8 million reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a member's identity at any time, including but not limited to:

• A clear and valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

4. Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

Mb8 million supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and online bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit limit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds after the transaction is confirmed.
• Mb8 million does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Fund Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 business hours, depending on the chosen payment method.
• Mb8 million reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Mb8 million adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Mb8 million offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses are only available to members who registered with accurate information and have verified their account.
• Mb8 million reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means deemed fraudulent or constituting system abuse.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited once the period expires.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.

5.3 Cashback & Rebate

• Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified period.

• No rollover requirement applies to cashback unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules

All games on the mb8 million platform are operated using certified or independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, while live casino games are streamed live from licensed studios.

6.1 Fair Play

• Mb8 million is committed to ensuring all games are fair and unbiased.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

6.2 Betting Limits

7. Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between mb8 million and you as a member. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all transmitted data; however, you are also required to take protective measures on your end.

7.1 Password & Access

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Mb8 million recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with a minimum length of 8 characters.
• Never share your password with anyone, including mb8 million staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security supported by our platform.

7.2 Suspicious Activity

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the mb8 million support team immediately.
• Mb8 million reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts displaying suspicious activity for investigation purposes.

8. Privacy & Data Usage Policy

Mb8 million reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a member's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other members.

9.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mb8 million reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances including unused bonuses. For legitimate account closures, eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 14 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The mb8 million platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, mb8 million is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the member's own negligence.
• Unfavorable game outcomes for members — all games involve financial risk.

11. Responsible Gaming

Mb8 million is committed to responsible and healthy gaming practices. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members manage their gaming habits.

• Personal Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account if you feel you need a break from gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for a full self-exclusion from the platform for a specified period.
